What to Expect

Before the Session

We'll discuss your dog's personality, temperament and the style of photographs you'd like to create. We'll confirm your session at one of our carefully scouted locations, each chosen for its natural beauty and suitability for dog photography. If there's somewhere that holds special meaning to you and your dog, we're equally happy to photograph your session there.

During the Session

Your dog's comfort always comes first. Sessions are relaxed and carefully paced, giving your dog plenty of time to settle naturally while we capture genuine expressions, movement and personality. Dogs are collected by Heritage Hounds and photographed one-to-one, allowing us to capture their natural character and behaviour in a calm, relaxed environment. Owners are welcome to join for the final part of the session if they would like to feature in photographs, celebrating the unique bond between each dog and their family.

After the Session

Each image is carefully selected and professionally edited to the highest standard before being delivered through your private online gallery as high-resolution digital images. Original RAW image files are securely archived should additional edits or copies ever be required in the future. For those looking to display their favourite images at home, a selection of professional print options, framed artwork and premium wall pieces will also be available to purhcase. These are arranged through trusted suppliers by Heritage Hounds, with pricing provided at the supplier’s cost to ensure you receive the best possible value.
